For cost-conscious investors who want reliable management
We serve notice within 3 days of the missed payment under the Saskatchewan Residential Tenancies Act. If they cure, we resume. If they don't, we file with the Office of Residential Tenancies and take it through to the end. We've handled this exact situation hundreds of times.
Can I switch to you from another property manager?
Yes. We've onboarded owners mid-lease. We handle the tenant communication, the document transfer, and the trust account move. The tenant sees a clean handoff with no gap in service.
What if the rent won't cover my mortgage?
We'll tell you that before you sign with us. We pull realistic rent for your specific property on your specific street. If the math doesn't work, we say so. You can decide whether to rent it anyway or revisit selling.
